Hi Folks, my name is Graeme and I live on the English/Scottish Border near Carlisle. This was a bit of a no go area in the 1600's, hence the title, although the natives are more friendly now !

I joined SMF a couple of days back and tried to post on Roll Call but I've been having pc problems this end.

I'm currently building a 100# RF project, I've got most of the materials, time is the problem now. I built a cobb pizza oven back in 2009 ( see my avatar ) and want to complement it with a smoker.

Already had some good advice off this site and can't wait to get grillin'

to SMF!  We are so glad you joined us!

If you didn't read the Terms of Service notes.....please do.  There are a few things that everyone should know about those pesky little rules before plunging into the forums. For example with rule #11......"Off Site Links are not allowed here at SMF".

If you need any help roaming around the forums....just holler!  Happy to help out!
