This page will certainly help you with offset smoking, but I've never heard of the hark brand... Have any pics of this smoker? I just looked it up and it looks like a nice smoker! The fire box is on the left which I've never seen before. Pretty interesting. I own a few offset or (SFB - side fire box) smokers and they are great!
