Glad to be here. I'm an avid fisherman and hunter who likes to experiment with different recipes on a smoker. I came across a Brinkmann Gourmet charcoal smoker and want to learn to use it to prepare my game and fish.

There is going to a bunch of folks show up to help guide you thru the doors so you can enjoy this place like we do. Just thought I would sneak in here and say Howdee first.

Its a great place with almost unlimited kniowledge on smoking and great people, but you are about to find that out for yourself.

There are several of us living not far from you, so I'm sure you will feel right at home. This forum is a great place for learning and sharing your successes with others. Hope you enjoy it as much as I have! 

Sweet Home is usually at least a few degrees cooler than us here in the valley, but you guys have the reservoirs to cool off in too. Hope you are enjoying the recent warm spell.
