Hey guys! Got into smoking and the American style of bbq for a couple of years ago and I have just built my first UDS, post of that thing in the UDS build forum.

I'm living in the middle of Sweden with my family and since I got hooked on long cookings in funny smoker's my wife and daughter always why I can't bbq in ordinary style, like the neighbors... ;-)

Hello.  Glad to have you with us.  I know what you mean about traditional grilling; my UK. neighbours think it is strange to smell smoke when it is snowing outside.  Now they just understand it is just the dumb American again.  "He just doesn't know any better."
