have conversation in here without some bad mouthing like other sites and i like that a lot. Everyone gives good honest opinions without trash talking.

As to the smokey flavor in the begining of the cooking process Yes that is very true. But to me in varouis ways and times maybe not as much as doing it in the begining, but at times I do not like to much smokey flavor hence doing it backwards. But beleive me I like to experiment and will try many rubs cook many different meat in many ways till the wife says stop

Well maybe then I will take a break for ummmmmm a week
