I have been bbqing for about three years and learning as I go. I have to say I am excited because I just ordered the "Tailgater" reverse flow smoker from custom pits in Georgia. I upgraded the smoker by adding custom wheels and a firewood box. They are buiding it for me and will be ready for pick up the first week in February. I am a cetified dietary manager and certified food protection professional. My title at work is a nutritional specialist. I have been through culinary school but I am still learning. I enjoy bbqing when time allows. I hope to inter competitions at some point. Just a humble bbqer. May vinegar sauce be our king and mustard sauce be our queen.
