Hi,I've been going to this forum for quite some time now as a 'observer'. I get the news letter also. So...I figured it would be good to join the forum. I always have questions about smoking etc. and not a heck of a lot of answers. So...now I can ask those who know. I started with a charcoal smoker many yrs. ago and last yr. I finally got a electric smoker and I love it. Now to find out how to properly use it! I'm looking forward to learning with ya's! Thanks,Ron
