Hi from S.E. WI.

  1. Hello all.

    I live in S.E. Wi.  and have been smoking ribs for a little over 1.5 years now and I really enjoy it.  I make my own rub and BBQ sauce and I must say it tastes pretty darn good![​IMG]   

    Also, around here, when we use a grill, we call it frying out, not grilling out.  After all, you go to a brat fry, not a brat grill, right?[​IMG]

    Welcome to the forums!  Glad you've joined us.  You've found a great place to learn and share ideas on our favorite pastimes...grilling, smoking, and curing great food!  There are lots of friendly and knowledgeable folks here who really enjoy helping one another.  Just ask any time you need help and you'll get plenty!
