Just found this site, looks impressive. I've been smoking for about eight years on a smoker I bought while on vacation in S Carolina, for $30.
I now use an electric smoker as well as the 'original' charcoal smoker.
It seems that the more I smoke, the more demand I get for product, so am now considering getting another smoker, either electric or pellet, with much more capacity than I have now.
Smoking really does become a passion, at times.

Welcome to the site from one newbie to another. Just some advice, remember to breath from time to time, as you can be lost in all the forum posts in here.

Hi and welcome. I am a total newbie from PA and thought I'd say hi. Nice to get a northern point of view, not that we don't love our southerners. I'm so new I'm going to do my first smoke today. I'm doing some spare ribs. Happy smoking! And don't forget the qview! I'm sure others will express the same sentiment.
