Hello everyone, I'm sort of new to smoking meats, I've been doing it for about 4 years and find that I learn new things all the time. I have gone to this site time and time again for suggestions and figured why not register. I use a side box smoker and even though my co-worker swears against them, I have had very much success with it. It's all a learning process I suppose. I have an infra red electric that I use very seldom, just can't seem to get used to it. I also have a weber kettle grill that I use for steaks, burgers, dogs and the like.
