Wagoner,OK
Hi every body    -  I am a disabled  Viet Nam vet  - I live in Wagoner Oklahoma. Moved here from Massachusetts in 2001.  I consider my self new to smoking even though I started usig a brinkman with an electric element maybe 30 years ago , when we were fishing off the coast at Salisbury MA. I have a 30 in masterbuilt & a charbroil big easy .  I rely on Jeff for ideas and guidance as I have recently developed more & more of an interest  in cooking - mostly meats.

My avatar is my 1st stuffed pork loin . The stuffing is made of stove top turkey stuffing ,complimented with sautéed mushrooms ,onions garlic - mixed into butter ritz crumbs and crab meat. (I use the same stuffing for mushrooms.

Anyway this was my first super success LOL.

Thanks for listening to a rambling old man.     Mr Bill

Thanks guys - I need to clarify - I am disabled due to Agent orange , not from combat - I was lucky. And don't want to dishonor my fellow Purple Heart combat vets . They are my heroes too.
