Working with a modified COS bought from Academy a couple years back. Looking to upgrade to a pellet smoker in the future. Smoking a boston butt and chuck roast right now, wind coming out of the northeast is giving me griefbut that's part of the fun I suppose.
Grew up in Michigan, joined the Navy in the late 80s and got stationed in Jacksonville. Left for a few years but call this home now. Love being able to use the smoker year round and not shoveling snow.
