Just noticed this WA group here on SMF and wanted to say GO SEAHAWKS! I have a pastrami going in the smoker right now for the big game. It should be ready to go at halftime - Nothing like a Pastrami Cheese steak - Pastrami, Provolone, & Onions (optional - bell peppers) grilled up and served on an Italian roll with mustard! I've been smoking for about 2 yrs ever since my wife surprised me with a MES 30 for Christmas a couple years ago. I'm also very active in the WA homebrewing scene.
