Hi from Milwaukee

Hi all!!  I've been lurking for a while now but I finally decided to create an account and post.  I've been rocking a Brinkmann electric smoker for a several years now but have decided to step up my game and go with a PBC (which gets ordered tomorrow).  Next year, I'll step up my game even further and add an Old Country offset smoker to the arsenal.  Looking forward to getting to know everyone!
