I'm a total newbie, just moved by the beach and housemate had a brand new, never used weber platinum grill. From the weber site I learned how to use the grill as a smoker and smoked some baby back ribs. I over cooked them, but they were still delicious! I also made a ribeye steak. Thinking of making burgers next, followed by pork butt. I need a meat thermometer because I can't tell when the meat is done.

That's about it. I'm female, 40s, Love to play guitar and love old buicks. :yahoo:
