I have a brinkman charcol smoker that I converted to propane and have been making ribs and wings for quite a few years through spring and fall I also have an old lil Scout electric smoker that was given to me about 20 years ago that I just re discovered in the loft of my grauge that I smoked Trout years ago. I just seen the Charbroil propane smoker the other day and liked it but the extra $$ needed for it are not available at this time.
I'm looking forward to talking to and learning from all of you on this forum.
Thanks and God Bless. JT.
