Hi my name is Curt. I just bought a Masterbuilt Electric Smoker. But I am a complete newbie to smoking, looking forward to learning from everyone though.

Good luck and good smokin', Joe

Good evening and welcome to the forum, from a sunny and cool day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.

Welcome, Boomer, from yet another Hoosier! You'll love this site. It doesn't matter how new you are or if you have a high$ smoker or a $200 unit, there's no judging here, just a bunch of people who love to cook and talk about it. Don't be afraid to ask what you think are dumb questions. I've asked plenty and haven't been chastised (yet [emoji]128527[/emoji]).
Dan
