Hi everyone, I'm smoking a prime rib today for fathers day and found this forum through the Google machine. Seems like there is a wealth of my info and knowledge here. This will be my 3rd time smoking a prime rib on my .38 special traeger pellet smoker.

Hello to everyone and happy cooking

Michael

Hello neighbor and welcome

The mention of prime rib really caught my eye and that's something I haven't tried to smoke yet.  Had Fathers Day cookout yesterday and my

dad brought up that he really wants me to do a prime rib he'd even buy it .. ( Bonus, Right )

Really love to hear how you do yours,  Rub or Injection Ideas if you use either ... and any other tips or tricks you might be willing to share ..

Good luck with your Smoke and Happy Fathers Day
