Hi all, I'm Vaughn from Vidalia, Georgia. Although we have been grilling all our lives this Masterbuilt 30 is the first real smoker. We seasoned the smoker and today we are smoking for the first time a rack of ribs that were rubbed and put in the refrigerator last night. Giving a lot of thought to adding some chickens as not to waste the smoke. Looking at a 2-1-1 method as these spare ribs aren't real thick. Seems to be a lot of information to catch up on so I really appreciate this site, all the information and the great job the admins do around here.
