G'day All, even though I have been a member here for a couple of years I don't think I have ever posted. I'm from Sydney, Australia.  I am about to build a portable timber smoking box similar in size to a medium to large sized refrigerator and use a Bradley Smoke Generator as the smoking side of things. I'm very keen on doing some cold smoking which I unable to do in my gas powered smoker which runs at a tad under 100°C (212°F).

Good evening and welcome to the forum, from a wet, rainy and chilly day here in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.

Welcome aboard Divey.  Great avatar you've got there.  Cold smoking is a great option to have in your bag of smoking tricks.  Post up some pics of your portable smoking box.

Hi, I've just bitten the bullet and bought the biggest and best that Bradley has to offer. I'll have to do some TIG welding and make up a small jig for the top shelf locators so I can hang a full cured leg of pork from the highest point in the smoker and also in the centre to smoke a ham.

Welcome Glad you joined the group   Be looking forward to seeing you around the site

Congratulations on your new smoker.  Looking forward to seeing some of your smokes from it.

I've had a quick look around, however, I can't find a section specifically for Bradley Smokers. Is there a section

Just type in Bradley Smokers in the search bar   It will bring up a lot of stuff
