I have and old 'R2D2' type smoker, which did a decent job smoking country ribs, chicken and bluefish. Yes, bluefish!  Smoking them turn everyone into believe bluefish can be eaten. LOL.

This past Fall, I purchased a Traeger Select Pro.  I've been making fantastic chicken and adding some smoke flavor to my steaks.

I've been waiting for the weather to warm up here in Connecticut, to get into serious smoking.  Looking forward to learning a lot here on the forums and any tips to minimize my learning curve would be appreciated.

Thanks Mark
