I am so glad I found this site
Been searching for information and unable to find what I need
Spent hours typing in different phrases and no luck up here in Canada
Never thought there would be so little info or Distributors

Any Help appreciated

Looking for a commercial smoker for a little smoke shack where I can sell sandwiches
Need to create my own income
Never allowed to work again being disabled
Love food love to cook love to feed people
Had my own small restaurant years ago and enjoyed but to many drunken bar fights lol was in a wild spot

This would be a great little business for me and get me off my couch playing online poker

Not sure where to post for this kind of info
Any Ideas where I can find a Smoker with a Trailer in Ontario, Canada

Thanks

I can't help you with the trailer, but hopefully someone will be able to. Welcome to the forum... Glad to have you aboard!

Welcome to SMF glad you decided to join us. You'll find lots of good info and some great recipes here. I can't help you with the smoker question but we do have some members from up your way that might be able to. Have fun and happy smoking

Hi I am out here in BC. I have been on this forum for a couple years now and in all that time I have not really seen any commercial smokers made here in Canada. There are Tons of them made in the States, just not any up here. The smoking craze is finally moving north across the 49th parallel but the Hotbed of smoking meat is definately in the South.

Of course Ontario, being one of the more primative provinces, ( cheap shot #1 ) It is doubtful that you will find a manufacturer of commercial smokers there.

You will probably have to head south to one the northern states to find what you want. Anyway welcome to the forum. Plenty of good people here to help you out.

Ahh jeeze.....Turns out I lied to ya, I checked google and came up with a website that does have commercial smokers and its a Canadian outfit. These are not on trailers but could easily be installed on one . Google- greatcanadianbbq.ca

For the absolute top of the line stick burners on trailers google jambopits.com. They make smokers to die for. The price will scare the crap out of you though..lol

Try www.bbqtalk.ca and for a smoker contact Earl at this # 416 704 6833 he is a rep for cookshack and fec, tell him I gave you his info.

I've heard good things from the Traegers. I just own a Bradley and I dont like being tied down to specific wood pucks / pellets anymore. Still its my #1 cold smoker for sure!
