Hi Everybody! My name is Angie and I live in Buda TX which is just south of Austin. I bought a Trager about 1.5 years ago; however before that I would just load up my gas grill with wood chips and smoke stuff on that. (Thought maybe my hubby would start cooking with the Traeger- not much luck there yet.) I love to BBQ stuff, with Brisket being my favorite. Just did our first wild hog leg yesterday. Before joining this forum I had visited it several times to get some great tips and realized I just needed to join it!
