I'm relatively new to the 'smoking' world with my recently purchased Masterbuilt Propane Smoker and Maverick ET-733 Digital Thermometer. Made some mods to the Masterbuilt based on recommendations posted on this forum (which is great, btw!).

So far I've only done stuffed 2" chops and they were awesome! That is of course doing a LOT of homework based on user recommendations from this site and so on. I'm so pumped! I will be doing two chickens this weekend and I hope to keep gaining experience and knowledge from trial and error and help from here so that I can figure out a system for the winter months (I firmly believe there is no 'season' for bbqing... it happens all year long in my backyard!).

I'm also experimenting with open-pit bbqing as well. I am so grateful for all the advice and experience that other users on this forum have to offer. I will share what I can as well! For now, I 'think' I make a mean rye-whisky bbq sauce that I consistently use and would be happy to share :)

Happy grilling and smoking!
Steph
