Hi there :)

I from Tahiti in French Polynesia but I am leaving in France for about 12 years now. I am 30 years old and I finally make the step of building my very first BBQ project !

I will create another thread in the correct place for my project, a reverse flow smoker :) I hope you guys will like it because I will need your help if I am stuck during the construction haha.
