I want to say Hi to all the people on this forum. I smoke most ever meal on my weekends when I can get the wood in the smoker! My Boss gave me some backstrap venison that I smoked for about 4 hours this weekend using mesquite and my special marinade....It turned out wonderfully and the marinade made the best gravy for the venison tips over jasmine rice! I smoked some asparagus for the veggie and we had a very happy New Year dinner! I went for seconds around midnight...My profile pic is the smoked venison before plating. I will post more of my smoking handywork and look forward to a great New Year of smoking stories and pics. Happy New Year to all of you here!!!
