Just purchased a Brinkmann Trailmaster vertical water smoker. Not the one with the side firebox. I purchased some high temp gasket. (Made for a green egg.) And sealed around the door.Just cured it last night. I turned my weber chimney upside down. Filled with coal. And put 4 lbs or so in smoker.got the chimney fired up poured into center of unlit coals. And cured at 250 for 3 hours. And 30 minutes at around 325. Still have a lot of residual oil. Do I wipe this up or leave it?
