I thought I posted but I can't find it so I must've done something wrong, so here it goes again!!

I live close to Niagara Falls Canada. I am a mother of 3 boys and the grandmother of one 15 day of beautiful baby girl.

Just bought a Mastercraft Electric 40" Smoker for Father's Day. I am not a person who BBQ's as the propane makes me nervous so my husband does the grilling. The smoker is going to be my domain as I am the one who will put the time in and has patience.

I am wondering what forum I should use to describe my first experience using the smoker and hopefully get some instruction.

ClulesSmokerMom, welcome to SMF!  Glad you are here and taking control of the smoker.  As far as where to describe your first smoker experience and get advice, find the Electric Smokers section and post in the forum there.  SMF has a LOT of electric smokers, so any question you have will be answered.
