Just joined the forum after browsing it for awhile. I recently purchased a MES 30" smoker, along with the AMNPS. I used to have a smaller vertical charcoal smoker (just an off brand cheap one), but got tired of fighting temperatures in it. I've used my MES 3 times now. After the first couple of times I bought the AMNPS, and I gotta say - that makes a pretty huge difference. I smoked a beef loin, along with some sausages, and the flavor was out of this world. I look forward to talking to others on here and learning more about how I can get better on my little smoker.
