Just thought I'd drop by and intruduce myself. I live in Hot Springs, AR. I have a family of 5. and I love to hunt and fish. I've been grilling for 20 years or so, and now I'm getting in to smoking. I've done some smoked deer, squirrel, chicken and now I'm starting some trout. so far its all turned out eatable. I hope the trout does LOL. I have a Char-Griller grill with a fire box for smoking. I hope to learn alot from this site and help out when I can.
