Hi, everyone, new member, live in Darlington, SC. I got an el cheapo brinkman smoker for christmas a few years back.  I just got around to putting it together a few months ago.  I made most of the modifications I saw in the forums.  Everything I have smoked so far has been better than expected.  I have done pork butts, turkeys, chickens & ribs. It didn't take long for word to spread and now have a lot of friends wanting me to smoke them things when I cook.  The Brinkman was a good beginner, now I need something with more space.  I was looking at the oklahoma joe,s, I see a lot of good & bad reviews, but most probably don't know what they are talking about. You guys on here could probably give me more of a straight answer. Open to any suggestions, look forward to chatting with you all.  Thanks.

Good morning and welcome to the forum, from a partly cloudy and warm day here in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
