Hi everybody!

    Im Dane, and Im a totally new guy at smoking meat, Love eating it and tired of having to go somewhere else to eat it. I farm for a living so I have plenty of access to meat, and I cant think of something that tastes better than a cut of meat that I raised, being smoked in a smoker that I built. YUM!! Im in the planning stages of building my own fridge smoker so I can smoke pretty much year round outside. I live in the middle of Nebraska, Well thats all for now I guess.

  4. Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
