good day all.i just aquired my first smoker this weekend[a masterbuilt charcoal model]i got it from a garage sale so i had no instructions..after looking over this forum i already learned a few thing so here i am and looking to gain supreme knowledege cheers davey

on my profile i explain my love o racing.part of the reason i got the smoker was to take to the track..i have 4 within a half hour,flamboro,oshweeken,cayuga and merritville cheers

thanks i all ready checked that out as this is my first smoker i was trying to figure even the basics like where the charcoal goes,the woodchips and what the waterpan is for,the smoker was new and assembled but half the fun is learning all this (as long as i learn by the weekend) thanks dave
