Hi Ben, welcome to the forum. As previously pointed out lots of members over here in the UK, check out the UK Forum and subscribe to it.

I Live in Sutton In Ashfield, just up the road. Also members in Newark, Stoke, Derbyshire and the rest of the UK.

Last August we had our first "Get Together" in Woodhall Spa, where we all cooked food for the group, it was a fantastic weekend, and good to put a face to names, and personally learned lots form more experienced smokers their.

Just a note, you might want to re think the Bear tag, as their is Bearcarver in America, who goes by Bear, and is a bit of a Legend on here?

Hello Ben and Welcome to our addiction.  Many good folks here with a load of experience that they are more than willing to share.  If you have specific questions just start a thread and someone with experience will be along soon to offer advice.  All info you can provide us with such as smoker type, location and so on will help us answer any questions you may have, and pictures help a bunch.  Spend some time doing some research on the forums, tons of advice and recipes already available there.  Check out Jeff’s 5 day smoking E-Course ( link below ) that will help you get started.  We look forward to your contributions.  Have fun.  Good luck.  Keep Smokin!
