Hello everyone I'm Derick. New to the forums here and still new to smoking. My wife and I live in MO and in the past two years I've taken up smoking meats such as pork and brisket with brisket being my favorite . I'm still looking at ways to improve the flat part of my brisket but the point always turns out great! We always separate them because our grill doesn't have enough room for both and it's usually just the two of us. I'm looking at possibly getting a nice electric smoker in the not too distant future. The past two years I've been smoking on our gas grill. I looked up many methods and found a setup to have it setup for smoking that works perfectly. Anyways it's nice to finally join a forum like this and I'll be looking all over for tips and tricks .
