Hi folks,

I'm Matias, I'm living in Barcelona - Spain and was born in Argentina. I just got my first smoker, a CharGriller Super Pro but without the side box for the moment. 

I'm very used to grilling but a total noob for smoking so I'm sure I will learn tons of useful tips around here.

I just read some threads about Jeff's rub and sauce recipe and already bought it. It's a great way of maintaining the forum which I think is a wonderful source of info.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

I have used Jeff's rub and sauce as a starting point of a lot of great Q.

Welcome to the forum.  It's a great site with lots of very friendly and helpful people.  Gald to hear you are already reading threads.  Teh search engine at the top is a great tool.

Good luck with you smoker and if you have any questions, start a thread.  I'm suresomeone has already had the problem you are having and is willing to help.
