Hi all

  1. Hello everyone new to the forum, joined because i have been bitten, i am completely hooked on smoking meats and grilling. I live in joppa md currently cooking on a charbroil true infrared grill a master forge vertical gas smoker a weber smokey mountain 18.5 and my newest addition to the family is a yoder ys640 pellet smoker. Im 23 years old married and have 2 kids ages 5 and 4, and i do hvac for a living..
    Right now me and my son bryce got the day together while my wife goes to a baby shower with my daughter so a perfect day to start teaching the boy. We got a 8 pound brisket and a slab of spares in the yoder now.

  4. Thanks, iv done a ton of reading on the site and even tryed a few recipes so i guess its bout time i joined lol.. For some reason the brisket did not post on the 1st post

  9. Lol it was 5:30 thismorning on my day off give me a break :)
     
  10. Internal temp is 150 time to wrap in foil with au jus another job for the boy.

    Looks awesome man, looks like your sidekick knows his way around a smoker ! Gonna do some spareribs with one of my sidekicks today as well, my boy is 4 ... Gonna be fun !
