Hello, my name is Steve from Delaware. I decided to try out smoking meats earlier this year, but wrestled with what type of smoker to get...Weber, offset, electric, etc. After a lot of research, I found the smoking-it web site and reviewed their three unit models and comments from others. I purchased the #2 smoker in January and have been smoking meat nearly every weekend. Now the neighbors regularly check in for extra ribs, wings, etc!
