Hi, guys. My name is Edenilson, I'm living in El Salvador right now and have always wanted to try smoking meats but didn't know how to go about it. Finally, after studiously reading your posts, I got some metal junk together and welded a small smoker (I will post the built details and more pictures soon). I fired it last Saturday and it seemed to maintain its temperature at 225F with just a little wood, so I will give it a try with some meat soon. Any improvement suggestions are greatly appreciated.
