Lookin at buildin a horizontal smoker here this month, and cooking on it the second weekend of Oct. for a 2 day festival!

Would put some pics up but the size restriction make them wayyyy small...

First of welcome Joe to SMF. You'll like it here cause there are alot of good folks here that would just love to help you with just about anything to do with smoking. As for your smoker I cann't help you but theres alot people here that have built all kind of smokers. So for your picture (Qview here) delemma all you have to do is resize it (if you use photobucket) to 600x800 it will fit just fine.

here's a link to photobucket. So next thing you might want to check out is teh E-course it's free and very infomative and it will give you the basics on smoking. Then run don't walk and grab something to smoke and smoke it.

Click Here it's "FREE"... 5 Day eCourse

Everyone here enjoys seeing the Qview so be sure to post plenty of pics... Large ones that us old people with bad eyes can see.

When you uploading to Photobucket I always use the Large IMG setting, 640 x 480 it is a nice size
