Hey there everyone my name is Jaime .I would like to thank you for the opportunity to join. I live in central Florida and enjoy cooking outside. I built myself a grill a hot smoker and pig rotisserie. I just finished building a cold smoker and looking forward to using it .thanks

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions

because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

Love the roasting pig, it looks soooo tasty! All your builds look great as well! Lots of great people here and all very helpful hope you enjoy it.
 
 . I raise them for my family just a hand full each year. the breed is Gloucestershire old spot the bacon pig
