Dave from Cincinnati. I've been snooping around the site for about a week or so in hopes of greatly improving my exceedingly diminished knowledge (or lack thereof) of all things smoke.
I've been using a big Char-Broil charcoal grill with leftovers from around the house and getting mediocre results - not enough smoke, not quite high enough temperature, but mostly not enough knowledge. Anyway...
I look forward to greatly expanding my understanding of the Tao of Smoke. Thanks.
