I'm J.D. from sunny ol Las Vegas, Nevada (soon to be NE Texas). Been smoking meat and poultry for about 6 years now. Looking to modify a Brinkmann Pitmaster and curious if any of yall had success.

I was grilling split chx and sweeping the patio until it got too dark.
