I've been a long-time viewer of the forums, and I finally got my head out of the smoker and signed up.  I'm looking forward to getting advice and sharing what I've learned over my short five years of smoking.  I'm in Fayetteville, NC and I'm currently working with a '24 Smoke Vault propane smoker.
