My name is Steve and I've been reading yall for a few months tryin' to learn all I can about smokin' sausage. I live in south Louisiana...the sausage and boudin capital of the world...lol I've been piddlin' with both (sausage and boudin) for years but now I want to try and take it to the next level. And I believe I'm amongst the right group of folks to help me do that. I just built a smoker from 3/4" plywood...it's 4x4x3. I'm using propane and I have the AMNPS and the Smoke Daddy. Ok...well...that's my story and I'm stickin' to it.
