  4. Hey,y'all,I'm smoking 2 Boston butts,my concern is the grease dripping down on tha heating element an catching fire,should i be concerned??

    I'm not running electric so I don't know much about them, but I'm sure there should be some kind of drip pan or tray, and fat should not be able to hit the element.

    Those pan drippings can be the base of a sauce.
