I am from Georgia and just bought a COS (Smoke Hollow 4-in-1). I just did my first smoke this weekend (2 8# butts and 6 slabs of BBR). I learned two lessons.....one, spend more time trimming meat.....two, I need to more experience on temperature control! Meat still turned out pretty good but can always be better! Glad to be here!

Welcome from SC. It's good to have you here. I'm glad that your meat turned out good and I'm also glad that you recognized that you are learning things. Keep a log of how your cook went and how you would do different next.

Good luck and keep on smokin', Joe. :grilling_smilie:
