Hey, just wanted to say hello. I'm an amateur smoker who is fixin to get a little more serious in the near future. I've done some basic backyard stuff with the gas grill (?!) and a Weber, but shopping for a proper used smoker as we speak...most interested in mastering baby backs and brisket first...we ARE just outside of Austin, after all...
