Found this website from Google and am very pleased with it so far. I am a hobby welder and will be tackling a smokin' pit soon. I've made a utility trailer, a log splitter, a hitch-hauler, and some other smaller projects so far. I also am very much into cooking, so the two things go together naturally. I have never smoked anyhting - I have grilled alot - but never smoked. Am very interested in plans for a smoker (I have two 5' long, 30" diameter, 3/8" thick steel pipe to use as vessels) preferrably one that can grill as well. I also am interested in the "science" of smoking. Things like moisture content and little heat that occurs in the smoking process that makes the food safe to eat. Looking forward to this!!!!!!!!
