Hey there everyone! I'm from the Tulsa area of Oklahoma and I'm kind of new to the smoking thing but I do seen to be getting better at it. I have a beautiful wife and three amazing children the I like to try out my new smokes on and that's usually pretty exciting to see their little faces. I have a standard Char-Griller smoker without a firebox so that's a hurdle in and of itself when smoking. I'm excited to see what kind of advice I can get from the experts around here and hope hear lots of input.

Thanks.

Welcome to the board! Lots of people here run those Char-grillers so there's a lot of experience to tap. Use the Search to look it up.

Welcome. The good folks on this site are always ready to share their knowledge and will always help in any way. If you need information on a smoker, contact Craig Bell in Owasso, OK. He is a very good fabricator and has many good ideas. He is very helpful and has a very price. Good luck, Joe

Welcome to SMF! :welcome:
We're glad to have you here. The search bar at the top is your best friend. This forum has been around for over ten years, so there is a good chance that any questions you may have, have already been answered (they may have 10 different answers, but you'll get an instant response non the less).
Please be sure to post your smokes along with your process and recipes. We will be glad to help you along the way and we may also learn something new ourselves in the process. Also, don't forget the very important Q view! (We're mad for pics on here [emoji]128513[/emoji])
Always remember to have fun because it's not fun if you have to work at it. Thanks for joining,
- Ryan
